Preventive Maintenance Programs

Southern Power Systems Services, Inc. strives to keep our customers satisfied. One way that we accomplish this goal is by reducing the number of emergency calls our clients have to make. This is done by utilizing our Preventive Maintenance Program. The Preventive Maintenance Program is designed to meet each clients individual needs. We offer both Major and Minor Services in our Preventive Maintenance Programs.

The Minor Service Inspections include checks of the cooling system, fuel system, lube system, air cleaner, transfer system, starting system and unit operation.

The Major Service includes all of the components of the Minor Service plus the following:
Change oil and oil filters
Change fuel filter
Clean and service air cleaner
Check, clean and service cooling system
Overall operation checks

SPS Services will keep you aware of what is going on with your generator system. After each service you will be given a report of your systems condition and any repairs that may need to be addressed.
